Benchmark #3 Results

In this section, the results for Benchmark #3 are presented. The results are divided into two  sections: first is the "as-received data files" which shows the raw data as reported by the participants (participants list), and the other section is the analysis of all the reported data. Also, for completeness, the conference papers that describe the final results and their analysis are supplied.
